Robert Stern is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Sheffield, and was elected as a Fellow of the British Academy in 2019. He works widely in the history of philosophy, including Luther, Kant and German Idealism, Pragmatism, British Idealism, and K. E. Løgstrup, as well as on the members of the Quartet.
